3. What is the security deposit?
Security Deposit of 15000 INR to be collected on arrival towards possible damage of the property. The deposit is refundable on departure as long as the property is returned in the same condition in which it was given.

4. Do you require to submit any ID?
One Government ID is compulsory to submit and failure to provide a valid identity card might lead to refusal to check into the property. No refunds will be provided.

5. What is Goods and Services tax (GST)?
The government has clarified that accommodation having a declared tariff of a unit of accommodation of less than Rs 7500 per unit per day, will attract Goods and services tax of 18% and Accommodation above 7500 will attract Goods and services tax of 28%.

6. Our Refund Policy?
Refunds would be processed within 14 working days from the date of written acknowledgment from our reservations team.
